New Workforce Program (NWP)
The NWP serves men and women recently returning from incarceration, connecting them with resources that empower them to fulfill their goals. This ranges from clothes and hygiene
items to substance abuse recovery, employment preparation, reunification with family, and reintegration into independent housing.

LINC Initiative To Educate (L.I.T.E.)
LITE is a structured enrichment program designed for African American males 16-21 to reduce barriers in education and/or employment. LITE's goal is to encourage a change in thinking that in turn influences behavior (Thinking + Feeling= Character/Behavior/ Problem).

LINC Lawn Care
LINC’s Lawn Care Service is very affordable and at the same time you are helping a non-profit and assisting individuals get back on their feet. LINC’s Lawn Care Service is one way of providing employment to ex-offenders soon after they are released. Services range from but are not limited to: lawn maintenance, garden prep, racking, lot clearing, weeding flower beds and putting down pine straw and mulch.
